What the Railway City order form collects
A St. Thomas delivery request includes your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, postal code and order details. These details identify the requested items, the person to contact and the property where the handoff is expected.
Using information to arrange your delivery
Submitted information is used to arrange delivery, confirm availability and cost, text the arrival window and clarify an apartment entrance, unit number or other property instruction when necessary.
Personal details are not sold to advertisers
We do not sell your name, contact information, address or order history to advertisers. Providing those details is for arranging and completing the service you requested.
Local storage for the age gate
Your age-gate response is kept in local storage in your browser so the site can remember it on that device. The stored response does not establish legal age, and every delivery remains 19+ with government photo ID required.
Site analytics using GA4 and GTM
Google Analytics 4, or GA4, is loaded through Google Tag Manager, or GTM, to help measure how site pages are used and how the website performs. This is a website analytics function, not a substitute for delivery confirmation.
Record requests, deletion and contact
Email contact@stthomasweeddelivery.ca to ask about records associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or raise another privacy concern. The ordering service is only for people aged 19 and older.
